Nightingale Health Services has recently expanded and now offers a range of Pilates services including Pilates Matwork, Pre / Post-natal Pilates, Mums and Babies Pilates, and Clinical (equipment) Pilates. Pilates sessions are run by highly skilled Pilates Practitioners and DHA licensed Physiotherapists in a private, duet, semi-private or small group class setting.

The Pilates Method was first developed in the 1920’s by German-Born fitness guru Joseph Pilates. The style of exercise, originally known as ‘Contrology’, was later termed ‘Pilates’ and becoming widely popular by the 1960’s.
