Postnatal training and exercises comes with specific guidelines. Every woman’s post-pregnancy journey is different. When you want to get back into shape after delivering your baby, we have it fully covered.
Our fabulous trainer Malin is a certified level-3 personal trainer and a midwife and mother of two cute children. That covers all the requisites needed for an expert postnatal fitness trainer.

What is included:
- A 5 week programme (2 sessions per week)
- Exercises are designed and modified based on individuals. Yes, you will have a unique set of exercises based on your physique and postpartum history.
- We start as early as 6 weeks after delivery.
- We cover cardio, body weight and light weight exercises
- Activation of deep inner core muscles as well as kegal exercises
- Progress is followed on weekly basis and monitored
- Don’t worry about your babies. We have our wonderful newborn care nurses and babysitters to take care of them. Next to you!
