Our minimum hours for a daytime booking is 6 hours and 4 hours after 6PM, no maximum as we are a 24/7 service. Nurses can only complete 12 hours in one continuous shift, if the instance of 24 hours care 2 nurses would be provided.

Depending on the age of the children 1 Nurse to 3 children, this is the discretion of Nightingale Home Nursing to ensure safe environment and care for your children.

A cancellation for a contract must be made 48 hours in advance. For an ADHOC booking, 4 hours would be required. Cancellations may still have a penalty charge.

Yes, with one of our Midwives or a Specialist children’s nurse and Public Health specialist.

Yes, we can allocate the same Nurse for you if your contract is 35 hours or more. If the Nurse is off sick, we will replace that day with a Nurse of the same experience.

Most of our Nurses are from the Philippines. All of our nurses have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.

Visas should be organised by the company/client taking the Nurses on a travel role.

We provide discounted packages for monthly and long-term contracts. Our rates vary depending on client’s requirements.

Our Nurses can assist with anything related to the patient and/or child/baby.

Yes, all our Nurses can accompany patients to follow up or hospital appointments.

We can complete the paperwork required to enable you for pay and claim with your insurance provider.

The clinic is open Sunday to Thursday from 8AM to 6PM (weekdays) .
9AM to 3PM on Friday and Saturday (weekends).

Yes, we have parking within the business park, and anything under an hour is free. Free parking is also available around the outside of the business park.

Yes, we have parking outside the main building door with lift access to the first floor. Please inform reception if you need any assistance at any point.

Most insurance companies in the UAE do require a doctors referral for physiotherapy. Please check with your insurance company if this is necessary.

We work with the insurance companies on a pay and claim basis. Your Physiotherapist will fill out an insurance form for you if required.

Payment for your relevant appointment will need to be settled at the time of the appointment. Either by cash or credit card. If requiring a nursing package, a 50% upfront payment is required.

Your physiotherapist will always try run on time, and we will always try to accommodate you if you are late but your treatment time will be less if it has a knock on affect to the patient after you.

Any medical reports, investigations such as X-rays or MRI’s and a list of any medications.

For physiotherapy treatment please wear loose comfortable clothing to allow your physiotherapist to see and move the part of the body that is requiring treatment. Privacy will always be respected at all times.
